*Please note that all presenting authors for accepted abstracts must register for the meeting or their abstract will not be presented and removed from the programme.
Free Paper Presentation
Oral presenters will have 8 minutes to deliver their live presentation using no more than 10 slides, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
It is mandatory to use the official SCS ASM PowerPoint template for your presentation. Please download the template using the link ‘Download PowerPoint Template’ above. Presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB to upload their slides (PPT) to the laptop provided.
All presentation slides will be uploaded at the Session Room during the meeting. Please be present at the Session Room at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
Invited Speakers Presentation
We encourage all speakers to use the official SCS ASM PowerPoint template for your presentation. Please download the template using the link ‘Download Speaker PPT Template’ below. Presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB to upload their slides (PPT) to the laptop provided.
All presentation slides will be uploaded at the Session Room during the meeting. Please be present at the Session Room at least 15 minutes before the session begins.

The session room will be equipped with standard audio visual equipment such as projector, screen, laptop, microphone and slide advancer.
