Registration Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to scsasm2026-registration@icsevents.com Please include the attendee’s name, email address, membership status and amount paid.
Registration cancellations received in writing at the SCS ASM 2026 Secretariat’s address on or before 2 March 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a SGD20.00 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after 2 March 2026 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration.
In the unlikely event that the Meeting is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Registration Substitution
Registrant substitutions of equal levels will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the SCS ASM 2026 Registration Manager. Substitution request deadline is 2 March 2026 via email scsasm2026-registration@icsevents.com
Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include their original registrant’s name, membership level, and amount paid.
Registration Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of online payment. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact scsasm2026-registration@icsevents.com
