Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to scsasm2027-registration@icsevents.com. Please include the attendee’s name, email address, membership status and amount paid.
Registration cancellations received in writing at the SCS ASM 2027 Secretariat’s address on or before 23 March 2027 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a SGD20.00 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after 23 March 2027 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration.
In the unlikely event that the Meeting is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
